From February 14 to 22, Quang Ninh will open the Floral Boulevard and Light Technology Space along the Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage site, under the theme “Quang Ninh – Heritage Spring, Digital Wonder”. The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on February 14.
The boulevard spans for about one kilometre, starting from Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Centre, passing through October 30 Square, the Provincial Museum and Library, and extending to Ha Long Flower Park.
The space will showcase artistic floral arrangements designed around thematic concepts, including a floral lettering entitled “Welcoming the Year of the Horse 2026”. In addition, dedicated check-in areas will be set up, recreating cultural spaces that reflect the diversity of Quang Ninh, such as the traditions of local ethnic communities, mining culture, maritime culture and the Truc Lam Zen Buddhist culture of Yen Tu. These displays will be complemented by modern lighting installations and advanced projection technologies, harmoniously integrated with the natural landscape and Quang Ninh’s cultural identity.
In addition, the province will also install hot-air balloons at October 30 Square and set up LED screens and smart tourism experience displays and interactive digital platforms along the route to promote Quang Ninh’s key achievements and milestones in 2025, as well as its vision for future development.
