On July 27, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong had a meeting with Chairman of Amata Corporation Vikrom Kromadit and partners who visited Quang Ninh to explore the province’s investment and business environment and discuss future cooperation opportunities, particularly in high-technology and high-value-added sectors.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong briefed the delegation on the province’s socio-economic development results, notably GRDP growth of 11.11%, ranking fourth nationwide. The Party Central Committee has approved in principle the establishment of Quang Ninh city, creating new momentum and development space for the locality. These achievements had been made possible through the important contributions of the business community, particularly foreign direct investment enterprises, including Amata Corporation, whose projects have created jobs for thousands of workers and made significant contributions to the province’s economic growth.
Highly valued Quang Ninh’s investment environment, Amata Corporation Chairman Vikrom Kromadit expressed his hope to have further cooperation in the development of modern, high-tech-oriented industrial parks, helping transform Quang Ninh into one of Vietnam’s leading centres for high-tech industry.
