Large-scale pano displays featuring President Ho Chi Minh, the Party flag and slogans have been installed along Tran Quoc Nghien coastal road...stretching from the Quang Ninh Museum to the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center.The visual messages convey the determination of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, government and people to successfully fulfill national development goals toward 2030.
