The programme aims to promote the practice of Chinese chess, improve playing standards and provide a platform for players, particularly younger generations, while fostering humanistic values through chess exchanges.

As part of the programme, the Chinese delegation offered incense at the Yen Tu Special National Relic Site and learned about the area’s distinctive historical, cultural and spiritual values.
