After one year of being under construction, the road connecting the center of Tien Yen district with National Highway 4B has reached nearly 50% of the total workload. The investor and contractors are determined to complete the project in 2025, making it a key transportation axis with significant importance in implementing the local development goals.

The road connecting the center of Tien Yen district with National Highway 4B has a total length of 2.8 km. The starting point connects to National Highway 4B at Km102+200 (near Mui Chua interchange, Van Don - Mong Cai expressway), while the endpoint links to National Highway 18 at Km208 (passing through the center of Tien Yen town). The project has a total investment of nearly VND 500 billion, designed with four lanes and a maximum speed of 80 km/h.
The box culvert system has just been completed and the embankment foundation with K95 and K98 compaction is now under construction.
