Quang Ninh leads in the provision of public services on National Public Service Portal

The province of Quang Ninh has currently taken the lead in providing publis services on the national Public Service Portal.

According to the statistics released on the National Public Service Portal on October 10,  the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province was scored at 61.52, the highest score nationwide in terms of providing public services on the national Public Service Portal,  followed by Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee with 60.52 points and Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee with 60.16 points.

It is reported that Quang Ninh province has recently submitted 1,222 administrative procedures to the National Public Service Portal, reaching a rate of 75%. The province's public service provision rate is currently 57.36% (level-3 services) and 29.45% (level-4 services).

Quang Ninh has had 168,380 online applications submitted out of a total of 252,108 applications since the beginning of 2022.

Notably, the province’s online services index reached 10.5 points, higher than those of  many provinces and cities in the country and the region.
