Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Ky visits Spring Newspaper Festival
Secretary of the provincial Party's Committee, Nguyen Xuan Ky, paid a visit to the 2024 Spring Newspaper Festival to welcome the Lunar New Year celebration opened at the Provincial Library on February 4.
The 2024 Spring Newspaper Festival displays about 1,000 publications of newspapers, magazines, newsletters and special editions of central and local press agencies to welcome Lunar New Year (Tet).
The exhibits also include a selection of hundreds of books on various topics such as studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the beauty of Quang Ninh land and people, etc. arranged artistically.
Secretary of the provincial Party's Committee, Nguyen Xuan Ky, praised relevant departments and units for their thorough organization of the event.
He also underlined the significant role of the festival in contributing to promoting reading culture and creating a joyful atmosphere among locals and press agencies’ staff on the occassion of upcoming Tet festival.
