Over 18,000 students register for National High School Graduation Exam
More than 18,000 candidates arrived at examination venues provincewide on June 26 to complete procedures for their participation in the 2024 National High School Graduation Exam, which will commence next day.
They listened to the examination regulations, verified their information, and corrected any mistakes detected.
According to the Department of Education and Training, about 18,000 students registered for the test, an increase of over 1,979 compared to last year.
The number of examination locations across the province amounts to 37 with 785 test rooms. Approximately 2, 811 people have been mobilised to organise the event and ensure its security and safety.
As scheduled, the three-day exam will begin on June 27 with Literature and Mathematics tests, and conclude on June 29 with the tests of social sciences, natural sciences, and foreign languages.
