Joyful Duong Hoa tea festival

Duong Hoa Tea Flower Festival officially kicked off this morning, October 26, in Hai Ha district’s Quang Long commune. The two-day festival consists of various interesting activities, featuring unique cultural identities.

According to organizers, the festival comprises two important rituals namely carrying water from the source and carrying ancient tea trees and various responding activities such as a bicycle race to explore the tea hills and Truc Bai Son lake in Quang Son commune, an exhibition on tea products and local OCOP products.

There will be an exhibition on beautiful photos of Hai Ha district, a folk dance perfomance on tea plantation, a tea-making art show, a tea picking competition, Ao Dai shows, a running race around tea hills, and various folk games like tug of war, stick pushing and the opening of the Eastern Clubs' volleyball tournament.

Hai Ha district will also organize the Final round of the 2nd Hai Ha district Singing Contest 2024.
