Can Tho City sparkling to welcome the New Year of the Cat

To welcome the Lunar New Year, all streets of Can Tho City were brightly decorated with flags and flowers and bustled with the many exciting cultural and artistic activities.

Citizens flock to public attractions in Da Nang City

From 7pm on the last day of the previous lunar new year, many people and tourists walked on the main streets and visit many public attractions, such as APEC Statue Park, the banks of the Han River, Helio Night Market, restaurants, and cafes, to enjoy the festive atmosphere of Lunar New Year’s Eve.

People in the border province of Lao Cai welcome Lunar New Year 2023

The art programmes and firework display in the central areas of the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai attracted large numbers of people on New Year’s Eve despite the cold weather.

People in Ho Chi Minh City flocked to the streets to welcome New Year's Eve

On the evening of January 21, large numbers of people flocked to the centre of Ho Chi Minh City to wait for the New Year's Eve moment.

In the city centre, people gather at Nguyen Hue Flower Street and the Tet book street on Le Loi Street to join entertainment activities and enjoy the artistic fireworks display.
