The 77-km-long road along the coast of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province will be widened to have six-eight lanes.

A section of the coastal road through a hotel area in Xuyen Moc District has already been upgraded by the private investor who built the hotels. Once widened, the road will be linked with the Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Port in Ba Ria – Vung Tau and Long Thanh International Airport, Vietnam’s biggest airport that is under construction in neighboring Dong Nai Province.
