As one of Quang Ninh’s key private investment projects in the trade, services and tourism sectors, AEON MALL Ha Long is speeding up construction and completing the final stages ahead of its scheduled opening in November 2026.
AEON MALL Ha Long is located in Bai Chay Ward, one of Quang Ninh’s vibrant tourism destinations and a rapidly developing centre for logistics and trade. The complex has a built-up area of approximately 91,000 square metres and has a total floor area of around 130,000 square metres, including approximately 54,000 square metres of leasable space. Designed with environmental sustainability in mind, the mall will use renewable energy, including rooftop solar power, and incorporate the latest technologies and materials to protect against flooding and storms.
As AEON Group’s 10th shopping mall in Viet Nam, AEON MALL Ha Long aims to become a new destination in Quang Ninh, offering entirely new shopping, dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences that blend harmoniously with the distinctive values of this heritage region.
The mall is expected to become a new hub connecting the local community with tourism activities. It will provide local residents and domestic and international visitors with opportunities to meet, interact and experience the area’s distinctive cultural and artistic offerings.
