45th Bach Dang Traditional Swimming Competition to kickstart on June 25

Athletes are going to participate in the 45th Bach Dang Traditional Swimming Competition in Dong Trieu town on June 25, acccording to the People’s Committee of Dong Trieu town.

As one of the biggest sports competitions in the province, Bach Dang Traditional Swimming Competition is scheduled to start at 6am on the bank of Cam rive in Dong Trieu town.

This annual competition is jointly held by the Department of Sports and Culture and the People’s Committee of Dong Trieu town.

This year's swimming competion attracts the participation of hundreds of athletes from different localities acrross the province.

They will compete in 4 catagories: 1-km swimming for young women, 2-km swimming for young men, 2-km swimming for female leads and 3-km swimming for male leads.
