On October 15, Secretary of the Quang Ninh City Party Committee, Quan Minh Cuong, held a courtesy meeting with a delegation from the Nebula Energy – LNGVN – EVNGENCO3 investor consortium.
During the meeting, Quang Ninh Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong briefed the delegation on Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development, potential and advantages, as well as its investment attraction priorities. He praised the consortium for proactively engaging with local authorities and relevant agencies and conducting site surveys in Quang Ninh in recent months. The Party Secretary expressed his hope that the consortium would soon turn its proposal to develop an integrated energy, data centre, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure complex into a concrete investment project. The project is expected to help develop new production and service sectors, enhance the quality of economic growth, and create more jobs and technology training opportunities for the local workforce.
Expressing his admiration for Quang Ninh’s achievements and development, Peter Gibson, Executive Chairman of Nebula Energy, said the city offered favourable conditions for investors to explore cooperation opportunities and implement projects. The consortium would continue to promote cooperation by leveraging each partner’s strengths and exploring solutions tailored to local conditions to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of project implementation.
