On November 2, at Ao Tien international port in Van Don special zone, Oris Cruise welcomed its first group of European tourists for an overnight cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay. From now until the end of the year, Oris Cruise is expected to continue welcoming international groups for overnight cruises on Bai Tu Long Bay. By 2027, around 100 overnight cruise vessels are expected to operate in the area, offering visitors more options and further diversifying the region’s sea and island tourism products. The arrival of the first international group for an overnight cruise departing from Ao Tien International Port highlights the role of seaport infrastructure in connecting Quang Ninh’s sea and island tourism products. It also creates opportunities to attract more international visitors, contributing to the development of tourism in Van Don and Quang Ninh as a whole towards greater diversity, higher quality and sustainability.
