In the first nine months of 2026, Quang Ninh City recorded 2,715 newly established businesses, equivalent to 108.6% of the target set under Quang Ninh City Party Committee’s Resolution No. 05.
To date, 13,778 businesses are operating across the city. In the coming period, the city will strengthen its leadership and direction of departments, sectors and localities in implementing coordinated measures to support businesses. These include maintaining regular meetings to address business difficulties, facilitating access to capital, production premises and science and technology, and accelerating administrative procedure reform, thereby creating the most open, favourable and preferential business environment.
