On Sep. 10th, in Ha Long city, QNPPC had a meeting with a survey delegation of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan to further discuss about the investment form and designing plan of the Bach Dang Bridge and the linking road with the highway connecting Ha Long city and Ha Noi - Hai Phong expressway. The meeting was chaired by Standing Vice-Chairman of QNPPC Do Thong, and attended by leaders of the provincial relevant departments and Quang Yen town.
At the meeting, representative of the survey delegation said that, the project on construction of the Bach Dang bridge and the linking road has been proposed to the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan by SE Group in collaboration with the International Technical Construction Association and Ingerosec Consulting Firm of Japan. This project was then agreed by this Ministry to be funded under the program “Researching and surveying to promote the export of techniques and technologies of infrastructure construction of Japan for the year of 2012”.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Thong proposed that the investor will complete all changes in design by September, 2012 in order to get final approval from the relevant provincial and ministerial authorities.
Regarding the land fund of Mac Dynasty Swamp Area (in Quang Yen town), he assigned the Construction Department to draw general plan to propose functional areas of this industrial park. He recommended SE group to involve in this planning preparation. The Vice Chairman of QNPPC also requested Quang Yen town to complete all the needed documents requested by Japanese investor before September 13th, 2012.
