These include the hope for a more modern urban landscape and greater development opportunities, enabling everyone to live, study and work in a civilised and happy city.
Quang Ninh is undergoing a strong transition towards high-tech industries, services, tourism, the digital economy and the green economy. These emerging sectors are creating demand for new human resources while providing young people with more opportunities to find jobs in their hometown. Alongside economic growth, sectors that directly contribute to quality of life also need to receive due attention. In particular, improving healthcare, education, housing, employment and essential social services will help ensure better living conditions and make Quang Ninh a truly liveable city.
