As part of its investment, trade, and tourism promotion programme in the Russian Federation, Quang Ninh Province organised a tourism promotion event in Moscow.

To promote investment, trade, and tourism cooperation with the Russian Federation, a delegation from Quang Ninh Province, led by Nguyen Chi Thanh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh Province, is paying a working visit to Russia from July 5 to 11.
