The 2026 Quang Ninh Food Festival, themed “A Destination for Culinary Excellence”, will take place from November 20 to 24 at Vui Fest Night Market in the Sun Marina Ha Long urban area, Bai Chay Ward. The event is expected to feature around 150 booths, offering residents and domestic and international visitors opportunities to savour local cuisine, discover culinary specialities and enjoy cultural experiences.
The festival aims to stimulate tourism demand, promote Quang Ninh as a tourist destination and serve as a highlight of the city autumn-winter tourism promotion activities in 2026. It will also support activities marking Vietnam Culture Day and boost the accommodation and food services in the final months of the year. Through the event, organisers hope to celebrate local dishes and regional specialities that reflect the area's culture, history, people and distinctive regional identities. The festival will feature cultural and artistic performances, street music, live performances by music groups, Vui Fest entertainment activities, cocktail-mixing demonstrations. The booths will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. throughout the event.
With an estimated 50,000–60,000 visitors, the 2026 Quang Ninh Food Festival is expected to offer more culinary and cultural experiences during the autumn-winter season, stimulate spending on tourism services and strengthen connections among localities, tourism businesses, artisans, chefs and food service providers.
