The Yen Tu World Cultural Heritage Site is entering autumn, one of the most beautiful times of the year. Alongside its captivating natural scenery, a wide range of new experiences is being introduced, adding to Yen Tu’s appeal beyond the spring festival season.
Yen Tu in September takes on a tranquil, serene beauty with a distinctly contemplative, Zen-like character. This autumn, the visitor experience at Yen Tu has been refreshed with a series of activities under the theme “Meditative Autumn Colours”, running from August through the end of the year. Visitors can explore ancient architecture, practise meditation, experience traditional culture and try on traditional costumes, or experience the sunrise from Dong Pagoda. Autumn lends Yen Tu a sense of stillness and tranquillity, while the new tourism offerings are helping turn the heritage site into an attractive year-round destination. Since the beginning of the year, Yen Tu has welcomed around 1.7 million visitors. The destination aims to attract an additional 1 million visitors in the final months of the year.
