On Dec. 12, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh New Rural Development Board in collaboration with Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology organized a workshop to introduce some of the technologies in processing OCOP products.
At the workshop, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D Chu Van Thien has introduced a number of technologies and equipments using solar engergy, coal, gas, and agricultural waste to dry product. The appliance of the drying technologies in processing agricultural products plays an important role to ensure the products’ quality and less costly.
The workshop is useful for enterprises to not only approach advanced technologies but also bridge scientists and the production units. This is a good chance for the delegates to get to know more about the products drying technologies which are expected to raise the values and competitiveness of the argricultural products.
