In an jubilant atmosphere to mark the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Congress, on September 24, Cam Pha City and VinGroup commenced the construction of Quang Hanh Tourism, Service and Coastal Urban Area, Zone A, in Quang Hanh Ward.
Quang Hanh Tourism, Service and Coastal Urban Area invested by VinGroup covers an area of 162ha. Its location is next to Ha Long-Cam Pha Coastal Ring Road. The Zone A in the area alone, covering 32 ha in total, got an investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND. Once completed in 2023, Quang Hanh Tourism, Service and Coastal Urban Area will be a typical model with synchronous housing, trade centers, service and public buildings. The project is expected to fully take the advantage of available potential of the mineral hot springs in Quanh Hanh and the market of real estate for relaxation tourism in Cam Pha, thus producing high-end tourism products.
