Deputy PM Vu Van Ninh has approved shifting investment capital from the state budget to support infrastructure of Van Don Economic Zone (EZ).
Accordingly, the Deputy PM agreed to allow the province to shift VND75 billion used to build Mong Cai border gate EZ, to the project on constructing a main route linking to key functional areas of the Van Don EZ (phase 1).
QNPPC will be responsible for managing and using this the capital for the right purpose, ensuring the effective investment of the project.
the Deputy PM assigned Ministry of Investment and Planning; Ministry of Finance to track the rearrangement in compliance with the law.
