On July 6th, in Ha Long city, Vice-Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh chaired a meeting with Dr. Stan Foster, who is Vice President of the Board of California Miramar University on the occasion of his working visit in Quang Ninh.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Thanh highly appreciated the University’s willingness to invest in education in Quang Ninh. He emphasized that education is -one of the areas that is prioritized to be developed with the aim of training hi-quality human resource serving socio-economic development of the province. He strongly promised that QNPPC will ensure the best conditions in terms of incentives and facilities during the implementation of this project in Quang Ninh.
Speaking at the meeting, Stan Foster wished to receive more information about the need of education development, investment incentives for education and training,as well as legal procedures to build an international university in Quang Ninh. He hoped that the investment cooperation tie, especially in education, between Quang Ninh and Californial Miramar University in particular and with the U.S in general will be further developed in the coming time.
