According to the news released from Van Don International Airport, the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will officially operate the air route from Van Don to Da Nang city via the Van Don International Airport, and vice versa, from Nov. 1st, with a frequency of 3 flights per week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
In detail, the flights depart at 14.40 at Da Nang Airport and lands on Van Don International Airport in Quang Ninh province at 16.00 by Airbus Industrie A321 including 180 seat. The return ones takes off at 16.30 at Van Don International Airport and touched down Da Nang Airport at 17.50.
This is the second domestic routes preceded by the Van Don - Ho Chi Minh air routes and is the fifth route connected at Van Don International Airport after its 10 month operation. Van Don International Airport has welcomed over 150,000 passenger arrivals including more than 3,000 international arrivals.
