On Jan. 22, the Dai Dong Vietnam Ltd.,Co under Japan’s AZ Group held an inauguration ceremony of the Japanese towel production factory at the Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park. This is the first Japanese project at Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park with advanced technological chain and machines.
With a total investment of $50 million, the project has advanced technologies from Japan and Switzerland.
This 9.5 ha factory is the largest towel production line in the Southeast Asia. It has a capacity of 5,000 tonnes of towels and luxury bath towels of various kinds a year, generating an expected revenue of US$50 million a year and creating jobs for about 1,000 employees including 860 locals.
The factory strives to get a turnover of US$30 in 2018, US$ 50 million in 2019, and 60 million in 2020, continuing to expand its markets and creat the best working environment for the employees.
