The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed to restore Yen Giang Communal House.

Under the Document No2653/VHTTDL-DSVH, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has agreed with Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee on developing  a project on conservation and restoration  of the Yen Giang Communal House.

In terms of funding, the Ministry has requested the QNPPC to use its local budget and fundraise from legal sources to implement the project.

Through the national target program on culture, Quang Ninh province has been being invested by the Ministry in restoring a number of relics and monuments, such as Bi Thuong pagoda , Suoi Tam and Bac Ma pagodas; Dong Trieu strategic war theatre, Trung Ban temple, Cong and Phong Coc communal houses or Thai Lang relic.

The Yen Giang Communal House under the Bach Dang Victory historical site (Yen Hung district) was classified as a national historical site. As reported, the site is now being ruined due to the negative influence of natural conditions. As a result, it is very necessary to implement the project on conservation and restoration of this site.
