At the meeting, the Korean enterprises have their willingness to learn about the investment opportunities of in various fields. Especially, they are interested in some main issues, such as: transport infrastructures especially the Ha Long- Hai Phong and Ha Long – Mong Cai highways; the eco-tourism, ; and environmental issues, focusing on industrial waste treatment.
Mr Tran Duc Lam, Director of Planning and Investment Department has introduced to the delegation about the potentials and strengths of the province, as well as a number of projects that are encouraged and called by Quang Ninh province for domestic and foreign investment.
On behalf of the Korean delegation, Mr Yang Hoo Kyung- the leader, has presented the scale and capacity of DoHwa Construction Corporation; Jiung Lim designing Consultant Company. He also wishes to further understand about preferential investment policies of Quang Ninh and proposed to build the Waste Treatment Plant in Dong Trieu.
