On May 20, the fourth youth friendship exchange program 2019 between Vietnam’s Quang Ninh Youth Union and China’s Guangxi Youth Union was officially held in cities of Dongxing, Fangchengang, Yulin, Liuzhou (Guangxi, China).
Quang Ninh’s 96-member delegation was led by Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Hung Son.
Within 3 years, the youth friendship program was held in Guangxi in 2016 and 2017 and in Quang Ninh in 2018. Successful youth exchange programs left profound impression, contributing to fostering the bilateral solidarity.
Quang Ninh Youth Union representatives will pay visits to Dongxing City’s border economic cooperation zone; a tourist area in Fangchengang city; science and technology exhibition center; Fangchengang Museum; Vietnamese Students Expo Area in Guangxi Teachers Education University; Yulin City; and other tourist attractions in Yulin and Liuzhou.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation will attend the seminar entitled “Cross-border tourism cooperation in industry sector” between Quang Ninh and Guangxi’s youth unions, visit Liquan beer production chain, Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group and join Vietnam- China Youth Festival 2019.
This program is a good opportunity for the youth of the two provinces and the two countries to boost their friendship.
The program lasts from May 20-24.
