On Jan 7, Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh provincial Party’s Committee Ngo Hoang Ngan and secretaries of the provincial Party’s Committees of Cao Bang, Lang Son, Ha Giang, had a talk in 2020 Spring Meeting with Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s Party Committee, China.
Speaking at the talk, Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee Ngo Hoang Ngan emphasized that along with the development of relation between Vietnam – China, the friendship relation between Quang Ninh and Guangxi has seen remarkable results, contributing to building the Vietnam - China borderline for peace, friendship, stability and development.
At the talk, the parties agreed and signed a Memorandum of the 2020 Spring Meeting. During the event, a number of memorandum of understanding agreements were signed.
The 2021 Spring Meeting will be held in Cao Bang province, Vietnam.
