To implement Vietnam’s Politburo’s guidance on voting for a new Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, term 2015-2020, replacing the former Secretary Nguyen Van Doc as he retires, the Quang Ninh Party Executive Committee, 14th tenure, held its 42 session to introduce personnel and vote for new Party Committee Secretary, term 2015-2020.
The result showed that Nguyen Xuan Ky won the position of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary for the 2015-2020 term with votes by 53 to 53.
Delivering a speech at the session, the newly-appointed Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, Nguyen Xuan Ky, affirmed that he would uphold his roles, responsibilities, and epitome as a leader and try his best to fulfill all targets of 2019 and the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Congress’s Resolutions, term 2015-2020.
