As planned, the construction of the Bac Luan No.2 Bridge in Mong Cai city will be completed and opened on March 19. In order to ensure the project progress as scheduled, all components of the project are being sped up to complete. Particularly, the components of the Bac Luan No.2 Bridge Interdisciplinary Checkpoints are expected to have been accomplished by March 13.
