A delegation from Lao People's Revolutionary Party led by Kingphet Mongkhonvilay, Deputy Director General of the Central Secretariat had a meeting with Quang Ninh’s leaders on discussing and sharing experiences in socio-economic development.
Delivering a speech, Standing Vice-chairman of Quang Ninh Povincial People’s Committee gave a brief introduction on province’s achievements over the last years. He affirmed that Quang Ninh and Laos, especially 3 Laos’ northern provinces namely Houaphanh, Luangprabang, and Sainyabuli, had a long-time concrete and friendly tie for cooperation and mutual development.
Mr. Kingphet Mongkhonvilay congratulated Quang Ninh’s achievements. He believed that those achievements were thanks to early orientation and long-term vision and those were valuable lessons for Laos to follow.
