The People's Committee of Quang Yen town (Quang Ninh) approves the proposal to build Phong Coc Ward's headquater under PPP investment form.
As planned, the construction of Phong Coc Ward's headquarter will be kicked off in the second quarter of 2018, in the duration of around 8 months, with the total investment capital of VND 22.7 billion. This 3 storey building covers an area of 5,800m2.
After five year lease contract, the building will be handed to the local government by the investor.
This building will be the first one in Quang Yen Town to be built under the investment form of Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Currently, the People's Committee of the town is cooperating with Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment to complete necessary administrative procedures to call for tender.
