On Sept 18th, a delegation from Indian Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports led by Singh Sukhdev, Director of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), visited and had an exchange program with Quang Ninh Youth Union.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Pham Hong Thai, emphasized that the exchange program provided an opportunity for both sides to get better understandings. It was also a chance to share cultural features and custom as well as tighten cooperation and friendship between youth of Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular and Indian youngsters.
On behalf of the delegation of Indian Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Singh Sukhdev expressed his admiration on Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union’s movements and achievements and Quang Ninh’s sustainable development over the past years. He hoped that there would be more exchange activities between India and Quang Ninh’s youth union members.
