Quang Ninh strengthens training cooperation with the Ha Noi University of Civil Engineering

In the afternoon of Sept 9, Mr Dang Huy Hau- vice chairman of QNPPC had a meeting with the Ha Noi University of Civil Engineering delegation led by Mr Pham Hong Cuong- deputy head of the University. The meeting aims to enhance the cooperation in training and scientific research for the civil servants  of Quang Ninh in the coming time.

 At the meeting, participants have discussed about tentative training needs for cadres, civil servants and collaboration in scientific researchers of the province. Specifically, in the coming time, the University will provide training for cadres and civil servants who are involving in planning and implementing the major programs and projects so that they could meet the development requirements of new rural areas for the province.  

To conclude the meeting, Mr Dang Huy Hau recommended the University to provide human resource training for the province. In which, it is necessary to focus on the training strengths of the University and actual conditions of the province.

He also suggested that the University should provide training courses for civil servants at district and ward level within Quang Ninh on some issues, such as: urban environment, economy and urban management.

There is also a need of training for small and medium enterprises on basic construction investment and continue to enhance collaboration in rubbish and industrial waste water treatment, especially the projects in  island and marine areas, and water reservoirs within the province.
