According to the Trade Promotion Centre (under the Quang Ninh Department of Industry and Trade), Quang Ninh's OCOP products sold at the Da Nang EWEC Trade-Tourism Fair 2017 brought a total revenue of over VNĐ 100 million within 5 days.
Joining the event, Quang Ninh booths introducing 70 OCOP products atrracted a great deal of local people and tourists. The products includes Dong Trieu rice, fish sauce, Co To seafood, Binh Lieu vermicelli, Ba Che yellow Camellia tea, etc.
During the fair, many contracts on OCOP product distribution and consumption between Quang Ninh companies and the ones in the central region were signed.
This is a good start for expanding markets of Quang Ninh's OCOP products in Da Nang and central cities and provinces, as well as gradually exporting them to the countries of the East-West Economic Corridor.
This is the second time, Quang Ninh has joined the annual EWEC Trade-Tourism Fair, which helps promote Quang Ninh OCOP products and boost tourism.
