The value of industrial production in October 2012 increased by 19.5 percent over the previous month, reported by the Department of Industry and Trade.
In October, the production value of vegetable oil increased 9.1% over the last month.
In October, the industrial production value of central enterprises located in the province, local enterprises and foreign-invested ones was respectively VND 1,500 billion, VND 570 billion and nearly VND 520 billion.
So far, the industrial production value has reached VND 23,500 billion for 10 months, of which central enterprises located in the province obtained nearly VND 14,500 billion, local enterprises got approximately VND 5,000 billion and foreign-invested ones achieved more than VND 4,100 billion.
In October, the production and consumption of coal has still met a lot of difficulties and obstacles while the production values of some industrial areas such as electricity, cement, clinker, vegetable oil have grown respectively 2.2%, 38.3%, 42.4% and 9.1% over the previous month./.
