In 2016, Quang Ninh maintains the top Vietnam's provinces with the highest budget revenue despite of the difficulties facing the coal industry, the one which accounts for a large proportion of the province's economy structure.
As reported, total revenue for the State budget in the province amounted to VND 36,000 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.5 percent from the same period last year.
