Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thang listened to the report proposing the idea of planning some investment projects.
On November 21, Chairman of Quang Ninh's Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thang chaired the meeting to listen to the proposal on the planning of Bach Dang Tourism Area Project and Lung Xanh Cultural Park and Tourism Complex Project proposed by TMS Global Joint Stock Company, along with a number of other investment projects in the province.
Accordingly, the Lung Xanh Cultural Park and Tourism Complex Project has an area of 886 ha with 11 functional areas and locates in Quang Trung Ward, Uong Bi City. Meanwhile, the Bach Dang Tourism Area in Quang Yen town covers an area of 580ha .
Addressing the meeting, Quang Ninh's Chairman Nguyen Van Thang requested the Investment Promotion Agency to coordinate with the investors to continue studying and completing the proposal on Planning of Lung Xanh Cultural Park and Tourism Complex Project.
Regarding Bach Dang Tourism Area, the Chairman emphasized that it is very important to attract investment resources from businesses besides the State budget so as to preserve and promote historical values of Bach Dang. However, in order to ensure the feasibility of the project, it is required to analyze and explain in more details the status and structure of land use within the project planning scope.
