On Nov. 30, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Cao Tuong Huy had a courtesy reception for Secretary-General of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Achmad Kurnia Prawira Mochtan.
At the reception, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Cao Tuong Huy introduced the delegation about Quang Ninh’s potential, strengths and great achievements in recent years. The Vice Chairman hoped that in coming time, the APO and Quang Ninh would have overall development cooperation agreements on promoting productivity and quality development in line with economic development orientation of the province.
For his part, Secretary-General of the APO Achmad Kurnia Prawira Mochtan thanked Quang Ninh leaders for the warm welcome and highly appreciated Quang Ninh’s remarkable achievements over the years. The Secretary-General asserted that the APO would support Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular to improve productivity, quality, and make overall plans for productivity towards the innovation and creativity based development.
