Within the framework of Vietnam - China International Trade and Tourism Fair 2019, on Dec 1, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang had a courtesy reception for China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Delegation led by Ma Chang Ying, Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
At the reception, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang emphasized that along with the development of the bilateral relations between Vietnam and China, the friendship cooperation relation between Quang Ninh and Guangxi have gained important results. Quang Ninh Province has directed its border localities and relevant branches to strengthen people exchange, periodic talks, friendship connection between border posts, hamlets – villages, communes - towns. Social order and security at the border areas has been maintained, greatly contributing to boosting socio-economic development of the two localities.
For his part, Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Ma Chang Ying, thanked Quang Ninh’s leaders for their warm reception and highly appreciated the strong development of Quang Ninh Province. The leader of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region hoped that the two sides would continue to unite and cooperate in many fields, thus contributing to beautifying the friendship tradition of the two parties and two countries.
