On January 22, Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of QNPPC, worked with a group of Japanese researchers from SE Group to carry out the study and planning for the Mac Dynasty Swamp Industrial and Services Park.
According to the group of researchers, the park is expected to be built with a total capital of nearly USD7.4 billion.
So far they have drilled 8 places around the planning area to identify the geological characteristic of each region, carried out the environmental impact assessment, identified the structure of land, including the agricultural, trade and urban land on an area of 5,000 hectares, and worked out an orientation for planning, including 3 functional areas, and the traffic system.
They also suggested proposals for mobilizing capital, managing energy resources, and dealing with issues of waste treatment and safe water in the project area.
Speaking during the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thanh asked the researchers to strictly follow the planning from the Government, suit the general planning of the province, and construct synchronous traffic infrastructure.
