On September 8th, in Ha Long city, the Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial party Committee Pham Minh Chinh had received and worked with a delegation from the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) Party of Poland led by its leader Leszek Miller.
At the reception, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh introduced to the delegation about Quang Ninh’s socio-economic potentials and strengths. He expressed his high pleasure to welcome Leszek Miller as well as his delegation to the province. He affirmed that Quang Ninh Party Committee always treasures the good traditional relation between Poland and Vietnam. He also believed that the traditional relations between the two parties, especially the cooperation of Poland and Quang Ninh province in particularly would be more fruitful.
The leader of SLD Leszek Miller congratulated on the achievements of Quang Ninh province in particular and Vietnam in general in economic development in recent years. He said that Poland also has great potentials of coal industry. Thus, he hoped that through this working visit the two sides would share experiences with each other and boost the cooperation in this field.
On this occasion, Leszek Miller has invited the leaders of Quang Ninh Party Committee to visit Poland.
