The information was released at a conference regarding the organization of the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair 2017 on Aug 17, in Ha Long city.
Accordingly, the 5th Quang Ninh OCOP Fair is planned to take place from Sep.1-5 at the Quang Ninh Expo and Fair Center with the particicpation of 172 stands from localities, enterprises and cooperatives within province. The fair will introduce more than 290 Quang Ninh's OCOP products and the products from neighbouring provinces and cities. Notably,there're also booths presenting products from Thailand, RoK, Laos, etc.
A number of activities will be organised during the event, including a workshop on measures for trade promotion of OCOP products; a conference to conncect demand and supply of the OCOP products, ...
In this year's event, the organization board will grant classification certificates to the Quang Ninh OCOP products of 2017, contributing to the production development and boosting hi-quality products to not only domestic but also international markets.
Launched in 2013, the OCOP fair is held to promote production and boost tourism and services, helping increase farmers’ income and raise awareness of Quang Ninh’s OCOP program.
