Implemented under the build-operate-transfer (BOT) format at a total cost of over VND12 billion, the Ha Long- Van Don expressway is the transport project with the largest investment in Quang Ninh province.
After two years of construction, to date, nearly 90 percent of the work has been fulfilled.
Currently, contractors are speeding up the project’s progress, striving to complete the project by March, 2018.
The Ha Long-Van Don Expressway with 59.7km long, connecting Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Mong Cai and Van Don.
