In the first nine months of 2011, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the province achieved USD 27.763 million (of which, 3 new projects with the registered capital of USD 26.4 million and one existing project with total amended capital of over USD 1.363 million).
The investment capital undertaken by FDI enterprises within the province reached USD 80 million, up 33.3% over the first nine months of 2010.
From the beginning of the year up to now, the provincial authorities have revoked investment permit and terminated 15 projects with total investment capital of USD 50.8 million due to their delayed implementation. By the end of Sept, 2011 in the province there are still 89 FDI valid projects with total registered investment capital of USD 3,729 billion.
