Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation headed by Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Trinh Thi Minh Thanh attend the ongoing investment-trade promotion program which is held from Aug. 25-31 in Japan by the Department of Trade Promotion (under Ministry of Industry and Trade).

On behalf of the delegation, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Trinh Thi Minh Thanh made a brief introduction of Quang Ninh's potential, strengths and its comparative advantages to attract investment. She also informed to the participants about fields on which Quang Ninh puts high priority to attract Japanese investors. Along with that, she strongly affirmed that Quang Ninh pledges to accompany businesses in general and the Japanese business community in particular.
Under the framework of investment-trade promotion program, Quang Ninh's delegation had attended the Vietnam-Japan Economic Cooperation Workshop held in Wakayama prefecture, Japan.
