On September 4th, in Ha Long city, Vice-Chairwoman of QNPPC Vu Thi Thu Thuy chaired a meeting with a delegation of Thai Nakorn Patana Co., Ltd (Thailand), who aims to seek for investment opportunities in tourism in Quang Ninh.
Thai Nakorn Patana Co., Ltd is a leading modern producer with an expanded production capability to serve Thai growing pharmaceutical industry, tourism and broadcasting. After a field survey to Van Don Economic Zone, the Company has raised some ideas revelant to Quang Ninh tourism development. It is suggested that Quang Ninh, with its own outstanding strengths and advantages, should focus on the domestic market. Along with the tourism development, education and water sports should be developed so that Quang Ninh could become an attractive tourism destination.
The Thai Nakorn Patana Co., Ltd pledged to promote Quang Ninh tourism as well as the projects that the province is calling for investment to Thai investors.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice-Chairwoman Thuy highly appreciated the Company’s ideas that are valuable for the tourism strategy development of Quang Ninh. She hoped that with its experiences and capabilities, the Company will consider to invest in Van Don EZ in particular, and in Quang Ninh in general.
Earlier, the delegation has then visited to explore tourism investment opportunies in Van Don district.
